To ensure a smooth application process, please review the following guidelines:

- Types of Donations: JOLO Winery and Vineyards offers monetary support, gift card donations, wine donations, and a limited number of event sponsorships annually.
- Required Documentation: All requests must include a cover letter on your organization’s official letterhead and your Tax ID information to verify non-profit status.
- Submission Timeline: A minimum of 30 Days Notice is required before your event to allow for processing and review.
- Form Completion: Please complete all fields in the request form. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
- Response Time: Our team will review all completed requests and respond within 15–30 business days. Due to the high volume of inquiries, response times may be extended, and we are not able to fulfill every request.
- Out-of-State Requests: At this time, we are unable to accommodate out-of-state requests. However, locations within driving distance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
